In previous master's thesis is discussed the most important problem of world history - the wars of Israel and the Arab world, in particular “The Six Day “ war and “ The Yom Kippur” war.
Covering the prehistory of the Jewish state, it emphasizes, that the conflict between Israel and the Arab world is based on the rise of Zionism and Arab nationalism in the late 19th century. The Jews consider the territory their homeland, and the Pan-Arab Movement a historic belonging to the Palestinian Arabs. In spite of the fierce controversy between them, in May 1948, the creation of a modern state of Israel was announced.
This thesis discusses the causes and consequences of the "Six-Day War", as well as the course of the Yom-Kipur War and its geopolitical implications.
Despite the ceasefire and ceasefire agreements, the territorial conflict between the Arab world and Israel is not over yet, which remains a pressing issue today.
The thesis consists of introductory sections, three chapters, conclusions and applied literature.
