Abstract
Nowadays the world progress is largely determined by interpersonal relationships. Modification of relationships between people, creating new communication forms and enlarging capacity, significantly accelerated and contributed to the progress and development of the countries. Georgia is not an exception. Direct and effective communication in the organization is one of the most important factors in the successful operation of the institution.
The most valuable resource for the company is the man - it creates a product that is the main source of the company's income. The work process is effectively undertaken in the organization when the action between employees is agreed. However, as soon as on the working place is created the conflict situation, there is a high risk that this situation will negatively affect the company's income.
Organizational conflict is a result of disagreement or misunderstanding between employees. It arises from the personnel relationship because of the actual or alleged disagreements in connection of the needs, opinions and resources.
Conflict settlement and effective management of stress situations are preventive mechanisms of company crisis and the basis for coordinated work.
In the framework of the master's thesis were discussed the concepts of generations and the theoretical grounds for dividing and defining certain groups, the essence of the conflict, the mechanism of organizing conflicts, the effective management strategies of conflict and the tools for prevention.
As a result of review of scientific-literary sources related to the topic of study, it was revealed the actuality and practical value of the research topic and happened formulating research questions and hypotheses.
