For economic development and inclusive economic growth of the country the most important issue is development of village. Development of Agrarian Sector in accordance with international and European best practices, is important for the growth of welfare of rural population and for reducing economic equilibrium between the village and the city.
For improvement of the field it is important to share the experience of European countries and support donor organizations. It is noteworthy that most of the Eastern Partnership countries have such an agricultural sector, which includes a large number of households. However, the modern global crisis, with the rapid growth of prices and other results, clearly indicates the vulnerability of agrarian / rural communities that require strengthening of agricultural policy from the Eastern Partnership countries, which will be focused on small farmers and farming organizations, will contribute to private and state entities in the agricultural sector, provide agricultural restructuring on sustainable basis, modernization of agricultural products and development of agricultural spaces. The overall assessment of agrarian sector and rural areas is crucial for developing appropriate strategies and policies.
