გენდერული ნიშნით დისკრიმინაცია საჯარო მოხელის კარიერული განვითარების თაობაზე გადაწყვეტილების მიღების პროცესში

This Master thesis "Gender equality" is one of the most important and acute problems in Georgia, gender equalty means the same rights for men and women. Devide people according to their sex was so frequent during the centuries, main part of the society thought that men had more rights and possibilities than women, but as time has passed, people have changed their views about this issue, women struggled a lot to estabilish themselves in the society. The aim of the thesis is to know about the current situation of the gender equality in Georgia. Women rights always was in the center of society attantion. That's why we decided to put as the aim of our research to find out how was the situation in other countries depanded on the example of Georgia. And for that, the most important is to draw the parallels between the legislation of other countries and the legislation of Georgia. In this research thesis we should discuss about the results we will get after the gender equality in sociaty, we will also mention the stereotipical attitude toward the issue.
