The paper describes georgia’s budget system, in particular, budget efficiency determination parameters and research and analysis of related issues.
Despite of positive steps taken to ensure the efficient functioning of the baget system, analyses of the years of budgetary activity in Georgia shows that the budgetary system of Georgia does not fully reflect the socio-economic characteriesties of the market economy, therefore it requires further transformation perfection.

All this is one of the main components of state finances. State finances, in turn, is the major part of the country financical system, which is an instrument for implementing economic political and social fanctions of the state.
