ექიმების და მედდების თანაფარდობის დისბალანსი სამედიცინო მომსახურების ხარისხთან მიმართებაში

Healthcare human resources have direct connection with healthcare service quality, which managing is the prior, by the government healthcare policy for 2017-2030 years. Good educated, appropriate skilled and the required number of healthcare human resources are in the close relationship of the country’s economic development, because it gives a possibility to avoid additional costs, which needs for maintain excess human resources.
By the comparison of the people who are employed in the healthcare system, Georgia is asymmetric according to Europe countries. In Georgia the number of doctors are two times more and the number of nurses is two times less, than European average country. This disbalance is also aggravating that there are doctoral professions, where Georgia has no doctors at all and if has, they are not enough. Citizens’’ using level of healthcare service is low, which causes productivity of doctors. Because of these factors, we are taking into account and the aim of the following master thesis is to identify the reasons of imbalance of doctors and nurses and giving recommendations.
