Master's work represents determination of the place and the purpose of intent, which is one of the element of action in the criminal justice system. The topic contains all the details and nuances in which will be deeply understood the legal meaning of the concept of intent and its structure, this work focuses exclusively on theoretical and practical meaning of intention in the criminal justice. At the same time, this mentioned theme will be devoted to consider all the opinions, considerations and suppositions in the doctrine of the law, which has been a matter of criticism for years and still doesn’t lose its relevance.
The first chapter descusses short rewiews of that authors, which determines the puspose of intent in criminal justice. The second chapter describes the main problematic issues, which generate a variety of opinions about substantiation of purpose of intention and it is a great discussion object as theoretical as practical meaning. Third chapter is concerned substantiation of this issue based on the basic material covered in this work.
