Abstract

სამშენებლო ბიზნესი საქართველოს ეკონომიკის ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე სტაბილური და შემოსავლიანი სფეროა. რამდენიმე ათეული წელია უკვე რაც მშენებლობა საქართველოს ეკონომიკის სიდიდით მეოთხე სექტორია, მის წინ მხოლოდ ვაჭრობა, მრეწველობა და ტრანსპორტი დგანან. ისეთი ეკონომიკური განვითრების ქვეყნისთვის როგორიც საქართველოა პატარ-პატარა ეკონომიკური შოკები დიდ გავლენას ახდნენ თითქმის ყველა სექტორზე მათ შორის არც სამშენებლო სექტორია გამონაკლისი, დღეს მსოფლიოში შექმნილი პანდემია კი პირდაპირ აისახება სამშენბლო სექტორზე. ჩვენს მიერ წარმოდგენილი სამაგისტრო თემა, სწორედ სამშენბლო სექტორს უკავშირდება კერძოდ, სამშენებლო პროექტების მართვას, არსებულ პრობლემებს და მისი გადაჭრის გზებს. კვლევის საგანს წარმოადგენს პროექტების მართვა სამშენებლო ბიზნესში, არსებული პრობლემების გამოვლენა და ოპტიმალური პროექტების მართვის სტარტეგიის განსაზღვრა. კვლევის ობიექტს წარმოადგენს საქართელოში სამშენებლო სფეროში არსებული პრობელმები. კვლევის მიზანია განვიხილოთ სამშენებლო პროექტები, მისი მნიშვნელობა ქვეყნის ეკონომიკისთვის. მეცნიერულ სიახლეებში ასახულია საქართველოს სამშენებლო სფეროს ანალიზი, გამოვლენილია პრობლემები და შესაძლო გადაწყვეტის გზები. გაცემულია შესაბამისი რეკომენდაციები სამშენებლო სფეროს სრულყოფის მიზნით.

Construction business is one of the most stable and profitable sectors of the Georgian economy. For several decades now, construction has been the fourth largest sector of the Georgian economy, with only trade, industry and transport standing in front of it. For a country of economic development such as Georgia, small economic shocks have had a major impact on almost every sector, including the construction sector, and the pandemic created in the world today will have a direct impact on the construction sector. The master thesis presented by us is related to the construction sector in particular, the management of construction projects, existing problems and ways to solve it. The subject of research is project management in the construction business,identifying existing problems and determining the optimal project management strategy. The object of research is the problems in the field of construction in Georgia. The aim of the research is to discuss construction projects, to discuss its importance for the country's economy. Scientific news reflects the analysis of the construction sector in Georgia, reveals problems and possible solutions. Relevant recommendations have been issued to improve the construction sector.
