Hotel services research for tourism sustainability analysis in Shida kartli

The master's thesis envisages the analysis of sustainable tourism to promote the economic development of Shida Kartli region according to the hotel services.
Given the fact that the development of the hotel industry is an important basis for the development of the tourism industry, in the framework of the paper research, three categories of questionnaires have been developed. Requirements are outlined, problems and suggestions, directly from the point of view of the hotel staff. The obtained information base is analyzed and proposed to promote the development of tourism in the region
The research was conducted in Shida Kartli region to identify problems in the development of tourism for hotel users and hotel staff. According to the results of the research, there are three types of hotel services in Shida Kartli: guest houses, hostels and hotels with <25 seats. In the field of hotel services, these hotel facilities prefer different specializations for their activities, which is justified, but they also have different visions. Table # 3 shows the results of their choice.

3. In terms of hotel management, the region suffers from a deficit of local staff in all types of services, which indicates the labor market isn't mastered.
