The master thesis is performed on the topic of administrative penalties and their application in practice.
The master thesis consists of an annotation, introduction, three chapters, fifteen subsections and a conclusion, which is attached to the list of used literature.
The first chapter of the paper discusses administrative penalties and their types. The following types of administrative penalties used in practice are studied: warning, fine, confiscation of an object for administrative offense, confiscation of the object for administrative offense, suspension of the right to drive a vehicle granted to a citizen, administrative deprivation of liberty, deprivation of the right to bear arms, deprivation of arms.
The second chapter of the paper deals with the imposition of an administrative penalty. The rules of imposing an administrative penalty, the rules of imposing an administrative penalty for a customs violation at the customs border, the analysis of the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses and the analysis of the case law of imposing an administrative penalty are discussed.
The third chapter discusses the execution of an administrative penalty;
The next chapter of the paper deals with the results of the research.
The conclusion of the master thesis presents the main conclusions obtained as a result of the research.
The master thesis includes 65 printed pages.
