ნატოს სტრატეგიული კონცეფციების და გესოსტრატეგიის ტრანსფორმაცია ცივი ომის და პოსტ-ცივი ომის პერიოდში

Abstract

გასული საუკუნე დაძაბული და ასევე მრავალფეროვანი იყო თავისი მოვლენებით, ამ საუკუნეში მოხდა ორი მსოფლიო ომი, გაჩნდა ისეთი ტერმინი როგორიცაა სუპერსახელმწიფო, სამხედრო დაძაბულობა და შეიარაღებული კონფლიქტები იყო მსოფლიოს ყველა კონტინენტზე, ეს იქნებოდა ორი ან რამდენიემ სახელმწიოს დაპირისპირება თუ სამოქალაქო ომი როემლიმე ქვეყანაში. მოვლენების ეპიცენტრი კი ევროპაში მდებარეობდა. მოვლენების დაძაბულობის გამო შეიქმნა სხვადასხვა ორგანიზაციები, სამხედრო ბლოკები თუ სხვა ხელშეკრულებები სახელმწიფოებს შორის, შეიქმნა ისეი დიდი მსოფლიო ორგანიზაცია როგორიცაა გაერო, ევროკავშირი და მომავალში ყველაზე დიდი და ძლიერი სამხედრო ბლოკი როგორიცაა ნატო. ნატოს შექმის მიზეზი ყველასთვის ნათელი იყო მაშინაც და ახლაც, მისი მთავარი მიზანი იყო საბჭოთა კავშირისგან მომდინარე საფრთხისგან თავდაცვა. საბჭოთა კავშირის დაშლის შემდგომ მოვლენები შეიცვალა და ნაოს არსებობაც კითხვის ნიშნის ქვეშ იდგა, მაგრამ როგორც ვითარებამ გვაჩვენა ნატო გადაეწყო არსებული ვითარებიდან გამომდინარე და ჩაერთო სხვადასხვა საკითხებში, ამასთან ერთად კი უკვე გაძლიერდა საბჭოთა კავშირის მემკვიდრე რუსეთი. ნაშრომში განვიხილავთ ნატოს შექმნის მიზეზებს, მის ფუნქციებს და მის განვითარებას. შევეხებით ისეთ თემებს როგორიცაა ნატოს როლი ცივი ომის პერიოდში, მის შემდგომ მოვლენებს და ნატოს ბრძოლას ტერორიზმთან. მოვლენების ასეთმა განვითარებამ ძალიან დიდი გავლენა იქონია მაშინდელი მსოლიოს გეოპოლიტიკაზე, ამ ორგანიზაციის შექმნამ დიდი როლი ითამაშა ძალთა ბალანსის გადანაწილებაში მთლიან კონტინენტზე, გაყო ორად ის მსოფლიო, რომელიც ერთ დროს თავის მტერს ერთად ებრძოდა. მაგრამ ამ ყველაფერმა გამოიწვია სიმშვიდე და მშვიდობა იმ კონტინენტზე რომელმაც სულ რაღაც 30 წელიწადში გადაიანა ორი მსოფლიო ომი და ქვეყნების ეკოომიკები ნულიდან იყო ასაღორძინებელი.

The last century was tense and also varied in its events, in this century two world wars took place, a term such as superpower emerged, military tensions and armed conflicts were on all continents of the world, be it two or more state confrontations or civil wars in any country. The epicenter of the events was in Europe. Due to the escalation of events, various organizations, military blocs or other agreements have been established between the states, such a large world organization as the UN, the European Union and the largest and most powerful military bloc in the future, such as NATO. The reason for the creation of NATO was clear to everyone then and now, its main purpose was to defend itself from the threat posed by the Soviet Union. The events after the collapse of the Soviet Union changed and the existence of Nao was also questioned, but as the situation shown, NATO reorganized due to the current situation and became involved in various issues, while Russia, the successor to the Soviet Union, was already strengthened. In this paper we discuss the reasons for the creation of NATO, its functions and its development. We will cover topics such as the role of NATO during the Cold War, its aftermath, and NATO's fight against terrorism. Such a development had a profound effect on the geopolitics of the world at the time, with the creation of this organization playing a major role in redistributing the balance of power across the continent, splitting in two the world that once fought its enemy together. But all of this has brought peace and tranquility to a continent that in just 30 years has endured two world wars and the economies of the countries have been revived from scratch.
