გამომძიებლის როლი სისხლის სამართლის პროცესში

The purpose of this work is to show place and role of investigator in criminal trial, various procedural characteristics connected to investigation, and also those problems which accompany investigation process and correspondingly, mechanisms of their overcoming.
Work consists of 65 pages typed on computer, with corresponding subchapters, it includes introduction, results gained after scientific research conducted by author and their discussion, conclusion, list of used literature.
Results and their discussion include opinions expressed by author around subject of scientific research. Particularly, we speak about investigator, as about the party of prosecution, as about official and his rights and obligations, and also about his obligation to conduct comprehensive, full and objective investigation.
The work includes as national, so international legal regulations connected to the institute of investigator, in the work there are expressed provisions connected investigation, cooperation of public prosecutor with investigation and directly with investigator, essence of function of prosecution party, and generally institute of criminal prosecution, and also legislation of various foreign countries in the existed sphere and connected to it characteristics.
In the work there is expressed essence of competition principle on investigation stage, and also such investigative actions as examination, search, withdrawal, identification etc.
In the work there is expressed institute of investigator and investigation in general, and also in separate foreign countries and their comparative analysis with modern investigative processes.
