dc.description | The Grakliani Gora/Grakliani Hill settlement and necropolis are situated in the central part of the South Caucasus, in Georgia, within the territory of Samtavisi village in the region of Kaspi, near the village of Igoeti, on a hill rising from the right bank of Lekhura river, alongside the Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze highway (Figure 1). The hill overlooks two small rivers, the Lekhura and the Tortla. A multi-level settlement and burials of different periods were unearthed in this area. | en |
