The influence in the Gulf countries on the foreign policy of Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is one of the most important countries in the Middle East and in the Gulf countries. Saudi Arabia is trying to play the role of leader in the region. At the same time the Gulf countries are affected on the foreign policy of Saudi Arabia inside the region as well as beyond its borders. Saudi Arabia is trying to change the foreign policy of the Gulf countries and also to make some changes in their attitude in relation to Saudi Arabia itself and in relation to each other, but some Gulf countries (ex. Qatar, Kuwait) are trying to plan and act their foreign policy independently.
Great effort by the Gulf countries often ends well for them. They themselves have some influece on the foreign policy of Saudi Arabia. Most of time Saudi Arabia is trying to use “Gulf Cooperation Counsil” to achive their own goals and the same organizationis also used by Gulf countries to influence on Saudi Arabia.
