Abstract
In the context of globalization, the role of comparative management has become sharp and visible, suggesting that the progress of the economy depends on the rational use of management. Companies have to keep pace with changes and apply new approaches caused by the intensification of competitive struggle in order to survive in the complex environment of modern business.
The master's thesis - "Peculiarities of Asian Management on the example of Japan, China and South Korea" aims to highlight the relevance of comparative management, as well as consider cultural-institutional differences in management and account for them in the global competition in which countries, companies, cultures and civilizations are involved. The main purpose of comparative management is to study the characteristics of business cultures and their influence on the management process.
In the first Charter of this Work discusses the modern trends in comparative management, the importance of business culture and management style. In the second chapter of this work discusses the management of Japan, Korea, and China. At the end presents a comparative management analysis between Asian countries, based on the analysis of different companies we compared the management style, motivation, business and organizational culture of the countries.
Through comparative analysis I will try to identify the characteristics of Asian management on the example of the management of China, Japan and South Korea, e.g. their motivation and stimulation of work, management style, business culture and organizational behavior.
