The labor market is a complex element of the economy and it is a dynamic area of socio-economic life of a society. The labor market is affected by the main outcomes of economic development and its emerging social, economic and demographic developments. The labor market is a place where labor buyers and sellers, job seekers and employers meet. In my article I describe that one of the main challenges of our country’s economy and the most important priority of economic policy is to increase employment and reduce unemployment. I also note that the most effective way to reduce unemployment is to further develop and grow the private sector in a market economy.
