In the 14th century, George V, later called the Brilliant, ruled Georgia. At that time, Georgia was in a difficult political, social and economic situation due to the Mongol domination. He successfully carried out the final overthrow of the Mongol yoke and the unification of the country. From the measures taken by George V the Brilliant , special attention is paid to the legislative activity. At his initiative, a collection of laws "Laying a Monument" was developed for the entertained. The study of this monument is the main goal of our qualification thesis. The study of which will help us to better see the internal political situation in Georgia and the reasons that led to the "Laying a Monument " specifically for the entrants.
The work is based on the document of "Laying a Monument ", the works of the chronicler, the works of Ivane Javakhishvili, Vakhushti Batonishvili, Besarion Lominadze and other prominent Georgian historians.
