Abstract
The role of digital technologies in terms of globalization has become sharp and visible, indicating that technological advancement depends on rational use of digital technologies. The importance of the use of digital technologies underlines the research conducted in the international competitiveness market and the paper presented by analysts on the global business market. The introduction and development of digital technologies in rapidly changing working environment is one of the important preconditions for the success of the organization.
The present Master's Thesis - "Modern Management of Human Resources Using Digital Technologies" aims to identify key concepts related to human resources management in the Georgian public sector, the influence of digital technologies is to determine the value of human resources and the importance of their practical needs. In addition, the paper reviews the spectrum of organizational theories that represent the prerequisites for rational use of digital technologies.
