This paper is dedicated to one of the most important institutions in criminal law – Juridical analysis of criminal complicity. Criminal elements - components of the action, law defiance and blame are revealed in complicity by various specificities, discussion of which holds a major part of the paper. There is presented: short overview of subject history, analysis of unified and dualistic system of complicity, subjective and objective theories of complicity, description of types of accomplice – organizer, encourager, aider, and problems associated with qualification of their actions. Special attention Is paid to judicial analysis of principal actor. Because, it is true that principal actor Is not an accomplice, but due to the accessory nature of complicity, the accomplice liability depends on principal actor liability. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of criminal complicity cannot be performed without a thorough description of principal actor. Other special issues are also discussed, such as: distinction between an accessory and an abettor, specific liabilities of accomplice, and etc.
