Abstract
The goal of MA thesis is to analyze and reviw the role of a lawyer in accordance with Georgian Criminal Procedural Code.
The thesis consists of 74 printed pages, including the introduction, three chapters, conclusions and references.
Chapter 1- the review of a body of literature used. Chapter 2 – a major part of the thesis, which is divided into five subchaprers. The first subchapter deals with the right to an attornev. Subchapter 2 describes a legal status of lawyer. Subchapter 3 covers lawyer Ethics & Regulation. Subchapter 4 tackles the topic – Lawyer During the Process of Investigation, while Subchapter 5 deals with the Role of the Lawyers in the Court, and Chapter 3 presents the results of our study.
