My master topic is about significance of witness in jurisdiction. I am going to discuss different issues about the given task. Juridical status of the witness in criminal law; Historical aspects of taking witness claim as an evidence. Also, definition of the witness, forms and responsibilities. I am goin to mention psychological aspects of witness claim, aspects of perceptivity and remembering facts.
Another interesting theme is characteristics of the interrogation: During the stage of investigation ; In the court; Indirect testimony.
Finally I will discuss the evaluation of the witness testimony as an evidence.
I have provided the results of a research; Review of the literature; Annotation in two languages (Georgian and English). In each chapter I have discussed main and significant issues. In final part, I have summarized the main topics and recommendation.
