The subject of this master's thesis is criminal responsibility for robbery. The work consists of 65 printed pages, including introduction, short review of literature, problem research/analysis, survey results, conclusion, and list of used literature.
The introduction contains theme's actuality, goals and the importance of processing it for the criminal theory and court practice. Also there is discussed the goal, task and research methods of the work.
The first chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the review of the literature which is used in the research process. The second chapter provides a legal analysis of robbery, based on it’s objective and subjective characteristics, as well there are also considered qualification marks of robbery. Also a separate subchapter is dedicated to the separation of robbery from other crimes that are close to him. The third chapter evaluates the results obtained in the study of the abovementioned issue.
