Master's work deals with crime. The work consists of a brief review of literature, from the two chapters of the introduction. As well as from the results of the survey and from the conclusion. My master's work consists of 63 printed pages.
In the first chapter of the workbook is a literature that I used when working on the work. In the first chapter I considered the notion of the performer and faces as well as the doctrine of indirect co-operation in the International Criminal Law. I have considered necessary elements of indirect doctrine. As for the second consideration, I have a concerted and co-participation in the Georgian and German criminal law as well as the issue of their separation and finally the group's crime. At the end of the work is given the results of the survey.
