რქაწითელის ჯიშური ვარიაციების ამპელოგრაფიული და ენოლოგიური შესწავლა ჯიღაურას ექსპერიმენტულ ბაზაზე

Georgia is the homeland of vine grapes and wine, that is why it always deserves a big attention. There are numbered 525 local varieties since today in Georgia. Studying of these diversity is still being continued. It is exclusively important to explore rare genotypes and increase their approval among grape growers and wine makers.
This research includes studies of two rare Georgian varieties by modern methods of ampelography and enology. These are Rkatsiteli Vardisperi (pink) and Rkatsiteli Tsiteli (red) – two variations of the well-known white-berry variety Rkatsiteli, used as a control variant for verification in this work. These studies were realized in Jighaura collection vineyard on LEPL Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture during 2019-2020 vegetative seasons.
The investigation contains studies of the varieties by the methods of Ampelography, Phenology, Eno-carplogy and Enology including sensorial testing of wines. The research also contains evaluation of resistance against the agent of Downy Mildew Plasmopara viticola and the anatomy studies of the leaf structure.
The Thesis for the Master Degree contains introduction, review of the literature, materials and methods, results, conclusions, acknowledgments, references used and appendixes. The document contains 79 pages.
