The aim of the topic, is to analyze the Georgian legislation and practice and compare it with the EU legislation by sharing the mentioned article, its related directives, definitions and practices introduced in the European Union member states.
The topic includes information about maternity leave, which was used in Georgian public structures in 2018-2019.
