დამწყები მასწავლებლების დასაქმების პრობლემები საქართველოში

Education is one of the priority goal of the country, therefore, teacher qualification plays an important role in the teaching-learning process of the young people.
The aim of this master thesis is to identify the current problems related to the employment of qualified teachers in private and public schools and then to find the ways that will play an important role to solve the existe problems.
Qualitative method was used for research: in-depth interview. As research has shown, job seekers are facing in the very big challenges. First of all they have to go through the most difficult way to enter the teaching profession: getting a higher education, 60 credits of teacher training program, passing a certification exam. Following this way, we face many employment problems, including the biggest -nepotism.
Since the issue has not been studied both theoretically and practically, the master thesis can be used as one of the interesting materials and the issue has aroused more interest from the public.
The most important aspect of the research is that the problem exists in both public and private schools, as well as in the region and in Tbilisi.
