Abstract
Job satisfaction is one of the most important components of the contemporary labor market. According to the opinion which is widely spread in the scientific literature, the job satisfaction of employees is with the strong correlation to the successful functioning and development of the organization but which are the main factors taken into consideration in the context of job satisfaction to increase it? These are the questions that are the main issues for the top-managers in the contemporary world and there is no agreed position of that in the scientific society. There are different opinions regarding the essence of the relationships between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction. It has to be mention that on the one hand, the interpersonal relationships on the working place is the important component of the occupation at work and the internal organizational culture, it covers non-formal and formal relationships among the collaborators, but according to the responding scientific theories, the role of these relationships in terms of job satisfaction differs. Thus, the main goal of the given scientific work is to investigate how the interpersonal relationships affects on the job satisfaction of the administration personal in the highest education centers. In order to gather the important information regarding the essential issues, there has been used the research method of fieldwork – the depth interview. Considering the goals and tasks of the research there has been made 20 interviews according to the discussion plan. As the field of the research has been chosen one private and one state University. The respondents have been chosen according to the so-called “Snowball Principle”. The given answers have been completed according to the topics and with the analysis of the gathered data, there have been distinguished the particular findings. As the results of the research have made it evident the general job satisfaction of the above mentioned respondents is higher than average. For the focus group, the job satisfaction is mainly affected positively by the non-formal interpersonal relationships. As for the formal interpersonal relationships, there is no positive feedback from the respondents about the exchanging process of the business information in the workplace. In addition, one of the most important findings of the research is following: the vertical interpersonal relationships have specific meaning towards the lower layer of the collaborators in terms of working motivation and enthusiasm which are strongly correlated with the general job satisfaction
