Abstract
This paper discusses the concept and types of Deal’s under international and national law. In particular, the legislation and practice of Georgia and European countries.
The paper discusses the historical origins of the term "Deal" and its establishment as a concept in Georgian and European legislation.
As we know, the term "deal" first appeared in the 18th century. It is a word of German origin and is referred to as a "legal case" - Rechtsgeschäft.
Of course the notion of a deal in the 18th century is different from the notion of modernity, as over time it has become necessary to modify it.
The topic discusses both the concept of the transaction and its types. Their peculiarities. The similarity and difference between each of them in Georgian and European legislation.
Also, the topic is presented in modern case law on this topic. However, we will discuss the specific approaches of the law to various issues.
Therefore, it is these issues that we will address in this paper and I will try to describe the given topic as exhaustively as possible.
Clearly this topic is inexhaustible given its scale and is not perfectly regulated by law, however, over time, legislation and case law will certainly help to eliminate these shortcomings.
