The dissertation deals with investigative actions in criminal proceedings. In the topic, I am talking about moral damage in general, the grounds for imposing responsibility on it, the right to property directly and compensation for the damage caused by its restriction.
The paper is presented along with 55 computer printed pages that include an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and the literature used.
The aim of the research is to analyze and review the investigative actions in the Georgian legislation. Due to the set goals, the focus of the paper is on the following main issues:
• The essence of conducting an investigative action
• Procedural rules for conducting investigative actions
• Concealed investigative actions, etc.
The methodological basis of the research was the materialist approach, which is based on the general scientific dialectical method of studying the social and legal phenomena of objectively existing reality. The paper also uses systemic-structural, special legal, specific sociological research methods.
