The aim of topic is to discuss in depth one of the most interesting articles of the Criminal Code, Article 264, which is a norm in the chapter on drug offenders and different from drug crimes, and to compare the vague aspects with the relevant norms of foreign countries.
The first chapter of the paper discusses the literature that was necessary to identify and process when working on the research topic. The second chapter is devoted to a legislative review of drug offenses. The composition of the action is discussed in detail in the third chapter of the paper. Examples and explanations of court rulings are given in order to better understand each sign. The fourth chapter discusses the qualifying circumstances of the norm under consideration, which are more socially dangerous and pose an additional threat to the object of action. Foreign legislation, their domestic approaches to drug crime in general, and specifically around my research topic are discussed in Chapter Five of the paper. There are examples of several countries and comparisons with Georgian legislation and research topics.
The paper includes an annotation, introduction, main topic, research results, conclusion and a list of used literature.
