The master's thesis is devoted to the current development of the country's economy in the context of the globalization of the modern world economy, such as investments in innovation. The importance of investing in innovation as a key factor in economic growth is discussed. The role of the state in the introduction of innovative management activities and its enforcement tools has been highlighted.
The paper discusses the peculiarities of financing innovative, high-tech and high-risk projects. Analyzing the sources of funding for innovative projects and comparing traditional and innovative organizations, it shows the advantages that innovative organizations have over traditional ones. The purpose and importance of attracting investment in innovation in Georgia is also discussed.
The third chapter covers the problems of attracting investment in innovation and ways to overcome them, in this regard analyzes the situation in Georgia and conducts research on the importance of attracting investment in innovation for economic development of Georgia. The main directions that should be the basis for the development of innovative economy in Georgia are set and the importance of investments in this regard is substantiated. Based on the analysis of the conducted research and the results of the survey of the respondents, conclusions are made at the end of the paper and practical suggestions are made.
