The master's thesis is presented in order the important issues related to the topic of the master's thesis, regarding the institution of rehabilitation from the perspective of the new draft law, to be studied and shared with the public (including students interested in the issue, specialists or practitioners in the field). In addition to being interested in corporate law, this topic has caused my interest to the extent that a wide range of news related to the Rehabilitation Institute is not known to the general public. Significant news stipulated by the draft law on certain issues related to rehabilitation is important not only for the maintenance of the existence of one particular enterprise but also for the economy of the country as a whole. For the purpose the enterprise to continue to exist and the economy of the country not to remain at the current level but to develop significantly, it was necessary to create a legislative framework for this issue and make its distinct codification. Accordingly, one of the main objectives of the draft law is to maintain the viability of the enterprise so that it is not removed from the civil circulation and the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial legal entities.
