Abstract
The aim of this paper ,,Comparative legal analysis of Jury trial” is to identify the problematic issues which are facing the Jury trial of Georgia, to talk about the ways of solving it and methods. In order to show you better the gaps of Georgian model of Jury trial, I make parallels and compare the Georgian model to the Jury trial model of foreign countries, namely England and the United States of America.
The paper will focus on how the case is discussed by Jury trial in the above mentioned countries. I will also reveal such important issues, what causes to prolong the consideration of the case of Jury trial, what is the real reason for delaying the case? I will also touch the problem of nullification, which is very relevant. I will talk about the real reasons that cause this problem and I will try to show you the ways in which these problems can be avoided.
