The new rule of inquiry and interrogation of witnosses in the criminal proceedings of the criminal law

The work is important as under the Common Law procedure there are different rules of the witness examination and questioning process. In the criminal case, witness has the main role during the case investigation to determine the defendant and to get information about the circumstances of the case. The new project that was drown out by the Parliament of Georgia and amendments were made as in the Criminal Code as well as in Civil Procedures Code regarding the rights of the witness to collaborate voluntary with investigation bodies. Any person who may holds the important information about the case shall be questioned under his/her free will. It is inadmissible to force a person to give information against his/her free will. The main issue of the Work is the role of the witness in the investigation actions, who assists the investigation to get on the right track.
The present Work is based on comparative, logical thinking and other methods.
I think that this Work will help interested people studying the presented issue.
