The Legal Features of the marriage contract in Georgian and foreign laws

The topic of this work is the singularity of the marriage contract in Georgian and foreign laws.
This institute didn’t fit in Georgia fully, because we are traditional country. And society considers marriage contract as non-traditional, because it is in contradiction with the moral-ethic demands. Also it is possible that the pointed problem could be issued by society, because don’t knoeing the law norms. Thus, according the pointed circumstance, the main target of the work is to point the positive moments of the marriage contract at the first plan and to increase the comprehension of society and as in main to inform them the appropriate law norms.
Topic of the work is very significant, because development of family is necessary for each of us and it is necessary question for the civil society. Developed family is a prerequisite of successful state. Following this, I have tried to give that significant questions, which are actual relating this institute.
Of course, the work will not ensure the approvement of marriage contract in Georgia, because as I have mentioned it is necessary to increase the awareness of society and in this question the state plays big role. But for the a im of embeddung the pointed institute we want to inform even a small part of society.
