Legal rights and obligations of parents and children (Comparative law analisis)

In Georgian Legislation Family Law has one of the most important places. It has a huge role in public and state development. The family is the main cell of the society, the progress and success of the society depend on its’s firmness. Any civilized state takes care of the development and strengthening of family relations. Historically forms of family relations often have experienced changes and we reckon that they cannot be altered in the future. Masters’s work selected by us dedicates to family relations and rights and obligations of family members. In the work is consistently reviewed legal rights and obligations of family members, in particular, parent’s and childrens’s alimentary obligations. Parents’s rights and duties towards children and on the contrary the rights and duties of children towards parents, including adoptee, stepchild and chils born without marriage. In the final part of the Masters’s there are some opinions on the legal regulation of the rights and duties of parents and children. We believe that by using research methods we were able to partially focus on the important methods issues that are found in the real world of our lives.
