Abstract
The topic of the current paper is a legal regulation of property rights and responsibilities of the spouses, and the questions related to it. The aim of the paper is the review and analysis of the issues connected with the Deed of Gift both in Georgian and Foreign Legislatures. Its goal is to reveal the problematic questions of the current topic, based on these comparisons and look for the alternative ways to solve them. We will speak about the drawbacks in legal regulation of property rights and responsibilities of the spouses according to Georgian Civil Code, which are important for both spouses. It is true that the presented paper will not solve the existing problem, particularly, it will not make any changes in the legislature, however, we truly believe that the given paper will help those who search for theoretical and practical questions related to the Deed of Gift.
