Arbitrage as a civil disputes’ reviewer Institute was established since 1997 year in Georgia and has passed a long way during this period.
The advantages of arbitrage as a civil disputes’ reviewer Institute in comparison with trial and other methods of dispute solution are emphasized in Master’s work, which is used for disputes’ solution by developed countries of world for many years. This work is a legal and practical aspects’ review of Arbitrage Institute in Georgia, the results of research done about arbitrage, in order to evaluate existing condition of arbitrage and the perspectives of its development in Georgia.
The history of origination and development of arbitrage is formed in work, arbitral agreement as an important element in arbitral process, the priorities of arbitrage in comparison with trial and mediating, the main conclusions of research related to arbitrage in Georgia, inhibiting factors of development of arbitrage and the recommendations for improvement of condition by interested parties.
