The purpose of the present paper is to discuss the legal issues related to the recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award. To illustrate the problems encountered in the award of arbitration – enforcement.
The first chapter reviews the literature and legislation used. The notion of arbitration is also explained, with a brief history of its development, classification of arbitrations.
The second chapter presents the research methodology and results. The problematic issues outlined in the research process are summarized.
In conclusion, my opinion is drawn from the results of theoretical material processing and research. The recommendation provides ways to solve the problem.
