The thesis concerns the legal basis for detention as a preventive measure. The topic
will focus on the types of preventive measures in general and the use of detention as an extreme measure, the manner, purpose and task of detention. Here, the judgments and their reasoning will be discussed.
The thesis contains 65 typed pages with introduction, three chapters, conclusion and used literature.
The first chapter discusses the types of preventive measures, their uses and objectives, the second chapter deals with the types of preventive measures, the purposes and objectives of their use, and the third chapter discusses the preparation and discussion of the application for custody.
