The goal of all public schools is to be well sought after in order to compete with other public schools. Competition between schools is driven by many factors, including school administration, which is the guarantee of school stability.
Topic actuality: The role of the school administration in public schools is very important in increasing their competitiveness. This topic is relevant because there is no similar research practice in the Georgian space, which are both a challenge and a difficulty, as there is no way of relying on statistics from previous years on the topic of study.
The competitiveness of public schools largely depends on the strategies of the administration. Especially in recent years, when the population numbers in Tbilisi have grown at a very rapid pace and citizens have the right to choose a public education institution based not only on their place of residence but on their priority and desires as well.
The aim of the research is to increase the competitiveness of public schools through planning and implementation of various activities implemented by the administration.
The subject of the research – To explore the role of administration in the competitiveness of public schools.
Object of the research - To study the role of administration in the competitiveness of public schools, in Legal Entity under Public Law (LEPL) Tbilisi Public School N132 and Tbilisi Public School N115.
Research topic hypothesis - There is a lot of competition among Tbilisi public schools and the role of administration is less active in this competition.
