This paper will discuss the existing enforcement system in Georgia, specifically the enforcement agencies, and review the activities of the State Enforcement Bureau in relation to the private enforcement system. In this paper we will discuss in detail the current enforcement system in Georgia. Executives, what types of qualification requirements do public private applicants apply, in what form, how and for what period is a private bailiff's license issued, does private executives have liability insurance, who monitors their activities, what types and types of cases do private executives perform? . A significant part of the research will focus on the analysis of judicial practice in relation to these categories of disputes.
