Abstract
The aim of this paper ,,News Media and Public Relations in the Cyberspace’’ is to show the role of cyberspace in media and PR. The paper includes discusses about traditional and digital PR – similarities and differences. Also, it focuses Media and PR relations relying on opinions of several famous Media and PR researchers.
The paper includes the latest researches about western PR companies and a research about 10 Georgian companies (implemented by me).
For this research 5 Georgian successful companies and 5 media organizations were chosen. The respondents were asked about sources for getting information about the companies. Up to 18 years old citizen were asked and as the survey also showed us the cyberspace has become unchangeable for businesses and media and without positioning online it is almost impossible to manage modern succesfull business, PR campaign or media organisation
