Problems related to obligatory share in hereditary law

This master’s thesis refers to the most important legal institution- the essence of good faith in the contract law and the representation of its problematic issues.
The solidity and stabilization of public turnover are based on the presence of good faith. Accordingly, my intention is to identify the part of good faith in contract law, consider those problematic issues that relate to it and point out its role in legal issues in great detail.
Good faith is widely understood and its nature is not clearly identified in legal relationships, due to this fact, I believe that it would me more rational if I considered it in the contract law. I would like to investigate the advantages of good faith and, besides, the disadvantages that could be caused by its violation.
In the previous work, there is clearly understood the role of good faith in contract relationships, and in addition, its meaning in Georgian or foreign law. There are indicated the establishment of good faith and the stages of its development. Besides, there are also considered the functions of its principle, and the issues of the violation of good faith.
