საადვოკატო გამოძიება: თეორიისა და პრაქტიკის პრობლემები

This dissertation work refers to a legal institution of criminal proceedings called an Attorney’s Investigation. The Criminal Procedure Code of Georgia, which was adopted in 2009 and is in force since October 1, 2010, envisages extensive powers of the Attorney’s Investigation conducted by the Attorney.
In this paper, the following question is raised and answered – was a new investigative body established by creating and establishing institute of attorney investigation in the process of criminal procedure? In addition, the paper deals with interesting topics such as the correspondence of the traditional form of investigation with respect to the institute of Attorney Investigation, including similarities and differences.
In order to fully study the legal nature of the Attorney investigation as an independent legal institution, we broke it down into elements and feasibly determined the concept and meaning of the Attorney’s Investigation in the criminal proceedings, and found out its goals, objectives, internal structure and etc.
