Burden of proof in Georgian civil procedure law

In civil law, daily appeal to court is increasing, which is acknowledged by the Constitution. According to the Georgian legislation and the courts in the courts, it has become clear that justice should be carried out not only in terms of fairness but also in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The present work deals with the most important legal institution - claiming justice. It considers evidence, value, evidence of the evidence and recommendations on the necessity of adding specific types of evidence in Georgian legislation.
The present work deals with minor processes and processes that determine the quality and outcome of the judiciary. The work concerns both legislative shortcomings and their inefficiency as well as the mistakes made by the Parties, which resulted in the realization of the right of the Party.
The aim of the research paper is to find out the regulations that are legitimate and practicable to prevent the full implementation of the guaranteed right of the Constitution of Georgia. Also promote the development of the law of justice as the most important law of law.
