Modern relationship between NATO-Tarkey

Abstract

In this master thesis is considere relations between the NATO-Turkish and historical aspects relacted, current issues, challenges and political perspectives in the future. . The North Atlantic Organization (NATO) is one of the large international organizations in the world. It is the Political and Military Alliance, which unites 29 states in North America and Europe. The main goal of the countries unites are security and defense, and NATO is a unique link between these two continents. The North Atlantic Alliance is not a guarantee only in the field of defense, at the same time it is guarantor of economic, social and democratic development of those partner countries. It is clearly demonstrated its existence in 70 years of practice. All decisions within the Alliance are based on the consent of each member state and consensus. Of this master thesis main goal is to study (based on the literature review) the historical aspects of NATO-Turkish relations, current challenges and perspectives in the future.

ნაშრომში განხილულია ნატო-თურქეთის ურთიერთობებ და ამ ურთიერთობებთან დაკავშირებული ისტორიული ასპექტები, აქტუალური საკითხები, გამოწვევები და პერსპექტივები. ჩრდილოატლანტიკური ხელშეკრულების ორგანიზაცია (ნატო) ერთ-ერთი უდიდესი საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციაა მსოფლიოში.პოლიტიკური და სამხედრო ალიანსი, რომელიც 29 სახელმწიფოს აერთიანებს ჩრდილო ამერიკასა და ევროპაში. ქვეყნების მთავარ მიზანს უსაფრთხოება და თავდაცვა წარმოადგენს, ნატო კი ამ თვალსაზრისით უნიკალური მაკავშირებელი რგოლია ამ ორ კონტინენტს შორის. ჩრდილოატლანტიკური ალიანსი არ წარმოადგენს გარანტიას მხოლოდ სამხედრო თავდაცვით სფეროში, ამავდროულად ის არის გარანტორი პარტნიორი ქვეყნების ეკონომიკური, სოციალური და დემოკრატიული განვითარებისა. რაც ნათლად გამოიხატა მისი არსებობის 70 წლიან პრაქტიკაში. ალიანსის ფარგლებში ყველა გადაწყვეტილება მიიღება თითეული წევრი სახელმწიფოს ინტერესების გათვალისწინებითა და კონსესუსის საფუძველზე.
