FDI and their regulation Directions to Georgia

Abstract

The master's thesis is very important because it is very important for the development of the country's economy, with foreign direct investments and the sources of their regulation in the context of globalization. For the development and strength of the country's economy, it is necessary to attract, stimulate and maximize foreign investment. When a country has a large source of investment inflows due to environmental conditions and investment environment regulation, foreign capital should be invested as much as possible for the soundness of the country's currency. The paper discusses the role and importance of investments for the development of the country's economy. Investments are of different kinds and their importance in the economy is also very different. The influx of foreign investments plays a vital role in the development and prosperity of the country's economy. The growth of the economy is important for all countries, so it is imperative that different measures be taken to attract investment. In terms of attracting foreign direct investment, Georgia is one of the most successful countries in Eastern Europe, with a low tax system, cheap labor and untapped local markets. Georgia has several promising and powerful foreign investment areas: energy, transport and communications. Demand for other sectors is relatively low, but with the creation of environmental conditions these sectors will also be attractive to foreign investors in the future.

სამაგისტრო ნაშრომი ძალიან აქტუალურია, რადგან ქვეყნის ეკონომიკის განვითარებისთვის დიდი მნიშვნელობა ენიჭება, პირდაპირ უცხოურ ინვესტიციებს და მათი რეგულირების წყაროებს, გლობალიზაციის პირობებში. ქვეყნის ეკონომიკის განვითარებისა და სიძლიერისთვის აუცილებელია უცხოური ინვესტიციების შემოდინება, მათი მაქსიმალური ათვისება და სტიმულირება. როცა ქვეყანას აქვს ინვესტიციების შემოდინების დიდი რესურსი, გარემო პირობებიდან და საინვესტიციო გარემოს რეგულირებიდან გამომდინარე, მაქსიმალურად უნდა ავითვისოთ უცხოური კაპიტალი ქვეყნის სავალუტო მდგომარეობის სიჯანსაღისათვის. ნაშრომში განხილულია ინვესტიციების როლი და მნიშვნელობა ქვეყნის ეკონომიკის განივითარებისთვის. ინვესტიციები სხვადასხვა სახისაა და ეკონომიაშიც საგრძნობლად განსხვავდება მათი მნიშვნელობა. უცხოური ინვესტიციების შემოდინებას სასიცოცხლო როლი აკისრია ქვეყნის ეკონომიკის განვითარებასა და კეთილდღეობაში. ყველა ქვეყნისთვის მნიშვნელოვანია ეკონომიკის ზრდა, ამიტომ ინვესტიციების მოსაზიდად აუცილებელია სხვადასხვა ღონისძიებების განხორციელება. პირდაპირი უცხოური ინვესტიციების მოზიდვის კუთხით საქართველო ერთ-ერთი წარმატებული ქვეყანაა აღმოსავლეთ ევროპის ქვეყნებში, რაშიც საგულისხმოა, დაბალი საგადასახადო სისტემა, იაფი მუშახელი და აუთვისებელი ადგილობრივი ბაზრები. საქართველოს უცხოური ინვესტიცების თვალსაზრისით რამოდენიმე პერსპექტიული და ძლიერი დარგი გააჩნია: ესენია ენერგეტიკა, ტრანსპორტი და კავშირგაბმულობა. დანარჩენ დარგებზე მოთხოვნა შედარებით დაბალია მაგრამ გარემო პირობების შექმნით სამომავლოდ ეს დარგებიც მიმზიდველი გადება უცხოელი ინვესტორებისთვის.
