The effective sustem of the land administration and land registration is a base for the economy functionin and developing the agriculture.which will significantly contribute to the sustainable growth and development of the country.Georgia is one the countries in the world with the short terms of registration and flexibility, however Cadastral system has quite a lot of gaps that Causes many problems.This research is related to solve the following taks.
1. Explore the land Cadastral system in Georgia;
2. Detect the problems in the system and appropriate measures should be taken;
3. Analise the existing arrangments and prepare appropriate recommendations.
This research will help to develop the land cadastral system in Georgia,that will help to create an effective system of the land registration,which itself is an effective base for the management of economy, agriculture and sustainable development of land.
