Abstract
The present topic presents findings on the qualitative assessment of the soil of the Municipality of Abasha and the importance of so-called "alternative farming" for ecological agricultural development.
This includes an analysis of the laboratory survey for soil quality assessment.
Additionally, existing studies on the soils of the Municipality of Abasha were also used.
The selection of this municipality was due to the fact that the main economic activity here is agriculture. According to the latest data, the existing agricultural lands are experiencing degradation due to excessive and incorrect use of chemical and mineral fertilizers. Natural dangers such as flooding and secondary wreckage are also common.
Most of the population of the Municipality of Abasha do not have information on modern technology or experience with modern agricultural methods, and they are not aware of the concept of sustainable agricultural development.
Consequently, the main purpose of the project is to evaluate the quality of agricultural lands of the Municipality of Abasha, determine its potential, develop recommendations for sustainable agriculture, and to raise public awareness by fostering the creation of new and appropriate maps as a means to achieving this end.
The above issues are quite relevant, since the quality of soils can enable us to determine its agricultural potential and properly plan future agricultural activities. It is expected that this project will help make the population of the Municipality of Abasha more aware of information about proper use and maintenance of soils.
